Scope and purposes
Identity, contact, employer, assignment, occupational safety, training, access, vehicle and camera records may be processed for site security, access control, occupational health and safety, legal compliance and contract management.
Recipients and retention
Data may be disclosed to the contractor employer, occupational safety providers, authorised public institutions and service providers where necessary, and retained for periods required by legislation and legitimate operational needs.
Your rights and applications
You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by submitting a request that identifies you and clearly explains your request. Applications are evaluated as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, subject to the applicable rules.
