Data and purposes
Identity, contact, company, quotation, contract, payment, delivery, service and communication records may be processed to manage requests, offers, contracts, deliveries, support, accounting, legal obligations and business continuity.
Collection, legal grounds and transfers
Data may be collected through meetings, forms, email, telephone, contracts, service records and digital channels, and processed on the applicable legal grounds under the Law. It may be shared with authorised public bodies, banks, logistics, service, accounting, legal and technology providers only where required for the stated purposes.
Your rights and applications
You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by submitting a request that identifies you and clearly explains your request. Applications are evaluated as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, subject to the applicable rules.
