Application content
Please state your name, surname, signature for written applications, Turkish identity number or passport information where applicable, notification address, contact details and the subject of your request. Supporting documents should be attached when necessary.
Submission methods
Applications may be submitted in writing, through a registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, an email address previously registered with the data controller, or another method permitted by applicable rules.
Your rights and applications
You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by submitting a request that identifies you and clearly explains your request. Applications are evaluated as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, subject to the applicable rules.
