Employment processing
Identity, contact, family, education, professional, payroll, bank, attendance, performance, occupational health and safety, access and legal records may be processed for employment administration, payroll, benefits, security, training, performance, workplace safety and compliance.
Sensitive data and consent
Sensitive personal data is processed only where a valid legal condition exists and with additional safeguards. Where an activity genuinely requires explicit consent, consent is requested separately, specifically and on an informed, freely given basis; refusal does not affect processing based on another lawful ground.
Your rights and applications
You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by submitting a request that identifies you and clearly explains your request. Applications are evaluated as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, subject to the applicable rules.
