Data and purposes
Identity, contact, signature authority, quotation, order, invoice, bank, delivery, quality and communication data may be processed to evaluate suppliers, manage procurement, contracts, payments, quality, audits and legal obligations.
Collection and sharing
Data may be collected directly from suppliers, contracts, correspondence, public sources and business systems, and shared with authorised institutions, banks, auditors, consultants and service providers where required for the stated purposes.
Your rights and applications
You may exercise the rights available under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by submitting a request that identifies you and clearly explains your request. Applications are evaluated as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, subject to the applicable rules.
